Sizzlecraft offers BBQ grills, outdoor cooking equipment and related outdoor living products for delivery within the United States.

Shipping locations

We ship to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. An item's or destination's eligibility is checked during checkout.

Shipping charges

We offer free standard shipping ($0.00) on eligible U.S. orders with no minimum order amount. The total payable, including applicable taxes, is shown before you place your order. No separate shipping charge is added for products advertised with this free-shipping offer.

Estimated delivery time

Our standard delivery estimate is 3–5 days. Actual delivery depends on the product, destination, processing schedule and transportation service. Any order-specific delivery information provided before or at checkout takes precedence over a general estimate.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays or severe weather may experience delays. If we become aware of a significant problem fulfilling your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Order fulfillment and tracking

Orders are handled by a U.S.-based fulfillment supplier and shipped by the appropriate carrier. When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Large items and freight deliveries

Large grills, patio furniture and other bulky products may ship by freight. Any required delivery appointment, access conditions, doorstep or curbside limitations, or assembly exclusions are communicated on the product page or during checkout when relevant.

Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your order appears lost, was delivered damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact support@sizzlecraft.store with your order number and details. We will investigate the delivery with the supplier and carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
